Before you connect a bank
Do I need a contract with the bank first?
Yes — the plugin connects your shop to your own merchant account. If you do not have one yet, we know who to call at each bank and can walk you through it.
How long does the connection take?
With the bank credentials in hand: install, paste the keys, run the bank test cards, go live — usually the same afternoon. We can do it for you.
Is there a test mode?
Every plugin has a sandbox switch. You test with the bank test cards and flip to live when the bank confirms.
What about refunds and partial payments?
Refunds are issued from the WooCommerce order where the bank API supports it; the plugin logs every request so accounting can trace it.
