FAQ

Before you connect Evocabank

How much does the plugin cost?

A one-time licence of 27,000 AMD, plus 7,000 AMD per year for updates and compatibility releases. Activation is done through HK Digital.

Where do I get the credentials?

From Evocabank: call the bank or write to its e-commerce department. The bank issues the merchant settings after the agreement is signed.

Is my password safe with this plugin?

The plugin never issues, changes or displays your credentials. It stores them in the WooCommerce settings and sends them to the bank only when it registers or checks a payment.

The shop will not take payments in dollars

Multi-currency has to be enabled by the bank for your merchant account. Once it is, switch on the Multi-currency setting in the plugin.

Can I refund from the orders screen?

Yes — use the Refund button on the order and choose the option that goes through the payment gateway.
