This Privacy Policy explains how HK Digital Agency LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.

It applies to hkdigital.am and plugins.hkdigital.am, as well as data provided to us when using our services and software products.

2. Data we process

Depending on your request or the service you use, we may process:

  • your first and last name, email address and telephone number;
  • your company name, job title and information needed for contracts or billing;
  • the content of enquiries, correspondence, submitted files and support requests;
  • information about orders, selected services or plugins, and payment status;
  • your IP address, browser and device type, visit time, and technical security or error logs.

During installation or technical support, we may also process website addresses, software versions, error logs and access credentials you provide, to the extent necessary to carry out the relevant work.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

  • respond to enquiries and prepare proposals;
  • enter into contracts and provide services;
  • manage orders, payments and accounting records;
  • install and update plugins and provide technical support;
  • maintain website security and resolve technical issues;
  • meet obligations imposed by law.

We use data for promotional messages where the relevant consent has been obtained. You may unsubscribe at any time using the method indicated in the message or by contacting us.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, a contract with you and the activities specified in that contract, or grounds expressly provided by law.

Visiting a website does not, by itself, constitute consent to processing for every possible purpose.

7. Payments and client websites

Payment data entered on a bank’s or payment provider’s page is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy. Do not send full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or one-time verification codes to technical support.

When working on client websites and systems, we process personal data within those systems on the client’s instructions and within the agreed scope of work.

Using our payment plugin does not, by itself, mean that all orders and user data from a client’s website are transmitted to HK Digital Agency. Whether data is transmitted, and its scope, depends on the plugin’s functions, settings and the services used.

8. Retention and security

We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, contractual obligations and statutory retention requirements.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited according to work-related needs.

9. Your rights

Where provided by applicable law, you may:

  • obtain information about the processing of your data and access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request blocking or destruction of data;
  • withdraw consent in accordance with the applicable procedure;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent authority or court.

10. Third-party links and changes

Our websites may contain links to other websites and services. Those services process data under their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Where a change requires fresh consent, that consent is requested separately.
